Engage in Preliminary Project Planning
Our team will meet with you at your home to discuss the project in detail. During this visit, we’ll walk through the space together, reviewing your ideas, needs, and goals for the renovation. We’ll take precise measurements, create a detailed floor plan, and capture photos to document the existing layout. This visit allows us to fully understand your vision, and provides us with the foundational information to develop an initial plan and budget for your project.
Our goal in step 1:

- Discuss project specifics and goals.
- Walk through the space to assess details firsthand.
- Capture accurate measurements, draft a floor plan, and take reference photos.
Step 2:
Develop Detailed Designs and Estimate
In this phase, we’ll prepare comprehensive design plans that include precise floorplans tailored to your renovation vision. A detailed estimate will accompany these plans, breaking down costs based on the design specifications. Once the plans and estimate are ready, we’ll schedule a meeting to review the drawings and quote together, ensuring everything aligns with your expectations before moving forward.

Step 3:
Finalize Design with Client Feedback
In this step, we collaborate closely with you to refine the design. You’ll have the opportunity to review the plans in detail, and we’ll incorporate any adjustments needed to ensure everything meets your vision. Through open communication and dedicated review meetings, we’ll work together to perfect the design until it fully aligns with your expectations.

Step 4:
Confirm Project Commitment and Finalize Plans
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll secure your commitment with a retainer to initiate the next phase. Our team will prepare the finalized drawings required for permit submission, ensuring all specifications are up to code and aligned with your vision. Before submitting, we’ll review the completed drawings together to confirm every detail matches your expectations, setting a strong foundation for the construction phase.

- Customer confirms decision to proceed with the project.
- Collect a $10,000 retainer to begin the next phase.
- Prepare finalized drawings for permit submission.
- Review and confirm final drawings with the customer.

Step 5:
Material Selection and Project Kick-Off
At this stage, we’ll invite you to our office to choose the materials that bring your design to life. Together, we’ll review the selection list to confirm all materials align with your vision. We’ll then set up a schedule of meetings to keep the project on track, discussing timelines and organizing all aspects for a smooth start. With everything in place, we’re ready to begin construction, ensuring each step is closely coordinated for a seamless experience.

Step 6:
Site Walkthrough and Project Launch
To kick off the construction phase, our team at Bricon will conduct an on-site visit alongside our subcontractors to outline the specific scope of work. From there, we’ll draft a detailed project schedule and present it to you for review. Once the necessary permits are obtained, we’re ready to begin the job, ensuring all aspects are organized and clear from the start.
